The most impactful people in every function - from engineering to product to analytics - can parse all of that noise and turn it into signal: what does all of that actually mean about what is happening and what we should do as a result?

And they know how to efficiently transfer their understanding of the problem from their brain into other brains. In meetings, and most importantly in writing.

The flow of information is only speeding up from here. Learn to become excellent at synthesis.”
